For the month of June, Sinead will be delivering two fun and engaging Music programmes in school. The P1-4 pupils will work on a vocal and musicianship programme, exploring rhythm, pulse, pitch, matching, listening skills, dynamics and tempo through singing, movement, games and performance activities. The P5-7 pupils will work on a ukulele programme that introduces basic chords, rhythm, strumming and performance skills. The programmes are designed to build confidence, creativity and a strong foundation in music.
The boys and girls had their first lessons today and absolutely loved them. We are very grateful to the St. Pat's GFC for generously funding this fantastic opportunity for our school.
