We had a very meaningful visit from Rose O’Hagan, a parent and qualified nurse, who kindly spoke to our pupils in P3–7 about the importance of healthy eating.
Rose shared her expertise on making balanced food choices, the importance of fruits and vegetables and staying hydrated. She also spoke about her current studies in Nutritional Therapy, giving pupils further insight into how nutrition supports overall health and wellbeing.
This visit supports our Healthy Eating policy, where we aim to work closely with families and the wider community to encourage healthier choices.
